Hi ,i am working on a projec Which i should start and stop manual record from Third party app and view recording status without viewing stream ,i tried to use milestone messages commands , but it didn't work ,so is there any other way to do that ?

If you look at VideoViewer sample, you will see how to record video from cameras. In the sample, there are start and stop recording buttons so it might be helpful.
