Hi

i have a VMS essentioal + in server and i set a public ip in router mikrotik ,

and configure nat in Router mikrotik also i configure in management Client External Server with port when i connected the smart client in to the internet i log in to smart client but not show Video camera and display message that "Connecting to server Failed Retrying "
