Hikassistant MIP support

Hello guys,

i am trying to install the Hikassistantservice to get the metadata from our thermal camera to our Milestone system. (corporate 2018 R3)

i recieved the latest plugin from Hikvision (1.0.1.3)

but when i install this plugin it starts a services named Hikassistant

this services is started automatic

but when i log in to the managment console and i select the MIP Plugin section

than i cant select the camera’s and when i look at the service it has stopped again

the logviewer only tells me that the service has stopped

can somebody tell me how to fix this or where to look

I hope the Developer from HikVision is on this forum. But chances are that HikVision does not see this and unfortunately we have no knowledge about the integration made by HikVision. Your best bet is to contact HikVision.
