how camera downtime report is being calculated ?.

we have installed MIP plugins to generate camera downtime report,but

we are unable to identify how its is being calculated ?.

if we go through the sum up of system alarm like responding and not responding

that down time is always less than report generated trough the MIP plugins.

we have Xprotect corporate 2017R3

I am not fimiliar with a MIP plugin that does this and suspect that you have developed the MIP plugin yourself..

What does your MIP plugin do?
