Recently I have changed my PC name and with it I had to change the Server and Recording names from the old to the new , besides the mobile server which is stuck with the old name, and with that I am not able to log into the server through my phone or web

This is not an editable name, and you cannot change it. Though it should not affect the login to your Mobile Server.
Please verify that you have configured correctly the Mobile Server address to the Management server (via the Mobile Server Tray Manager) .
Also you can try to remove/add the Mobile Server from your phone by IP Address.
