When a firmware update is executed on a camera, the new/correct firmware version should be shown in Management Client. However this is not the case and is a known bug. I’m looking for a way how I can force the server to check the camera’s firmware again or even put the new version in the config using SDK. The property ‘FirmwareVersion’ can be found in the hardwaredriversettings
Currently the FirmwareVersion field is read only. Unfortunately you not are able to solve or mitigate the known issue by use of the Configuration API.

Or “Fortunately you ARE able to solve or mitigate the known issue by use of the Configuration API.”
