So the reply is Server Command Service GetConfiguration or SystemInfo.xml. In c-code you can do both in e-code you can use the latter.

As mentioned in MIP Doucmentation in Protocol and Product Support Information - Support for Server Command Service:

GetConfiguration: No / Yes / XProtect Enterprise, Proffessional and Express uses Image Server to provide configuration via the SystemInfo.xml file.
