How can I get all alarm definition list configured in Milestone?

Hi I am writing plug in for which I need all the alarm definition defined .So is there any way to get it? I need a information listed in black box

In the 2018R1 coming shortly you can now work with time profiles, user-defined events, analytics events and generic events. This a step towards also being capable of supporting alarm definitions. Alarm definitions will be added but right now there is no schedule which can be announced.
