We are trying to send image and it’s metadata to be displayed on the Xprotect Client using the Anlaytical Events and Alarm . We are using SOAP XML to send data but unable to send the image . Although the request is success , and an event is being triggered in the client but the image is not displayed . The image being displayed is the one frame that is taken from the camera that is connected to the Alarm . We do not have any SDK , we are using simple socket connection to send events .How can we display our own image?
