Hi Andy, what is the brand and model of the encoder?

And the firmware version?

If your analog camera is connected to an encoder, I would understand that the encoder has to support its PTZ protocols as well.

Tell us if you can access the web interface of the encoder and control the pan, tilt and zoom of your Samsung.
