I want use the interface of onvif bridge to play video.
I want know the performance and concurrency of onvif bridge.
There is no publicized performance tests.
Internally at Milestone we tested 100 streams from the Onvif Bridge over I7 core without significant increase of used CPU power (lower than 10%). We recommend to provide at least 8 GB RAM in the server.
The real bottleneck will be the network traffic. Let’s imagine 100 streams (H.264 full HD streams) 10 MBits each. With this you’re already over the throughput of the network (1GBits).

If i deploy several ONVIF Brigdes on different servers and get uris from those ONVIF Bridges to play video.
Does all the streams come from the milestone server?
