How to add a new device brand/model ? Protocol or SDK ?

We have our video / I-O appliance, ONVIF S & G compatible, but the Onvif available don’t match our device.

Is possible to add a new type of device to list using SDK or Protocol?

Thanks for fast reply !

We will follow the steps to become a Milestone Partner. Actually we’re an Intel Technology Provider, and manufacture Intel based hardware.

Q: We’re using the Universal Driver and it works fine, but the existing driver doesn’t provide any I/O.

The ONVIF alternative, is limited to only 16 channels also.

Any workaround?

The ONVIF driver is limited to 16 channels. To my knowledge there is no workaround.

Your Event Server is bidirectional ? Receive and Send events using the MIP SDK is possible?

Yes, you can trigger events, you can read events (history) or subscribe to events happening.
