Hi,

How do i add the xprotect client alarm list into my plugin programaticlly?

want to do this when the plugin starts…

Try this: In the Smart Client View and Windows tool, on the View Edit tab, select the Group and the View you are currently on, the in items drop down pick the Alarm List.

i meant that i want to add the alarm list to the my plugin (which is loaded to the smart client) within my C# code.

and not in the smart client itself.

I am still in doubt. Either you take the code from the sample (Smart Client View and Windows tool sample) or you want to create your own list of alarms with different functionality?

You can develop your own view-item instead of the Smart Client Alarm List view-item and you can fill it with alarm information using the methods shown in the Alarm and Event Viewer sample (standalone sample).
