How to call PTZGetAbsolutePosition using protocol integration

How to use the PTZGetAbsolutePosition and PTZSetAbsolutePosition? In the MIP SDK Protocol samples its not available. Is it a TCP call or Http Call? Any samples will be of great help.

PTZGetAbsolutePosition and PTZSetAbsolutePosition are not supported in Image server protocol, but it is supported in recorder command service.
