how to configure video loss pop up alarm in x protect corporate

In general you cannot do pop ups in the Smart Client.

But you can use an alarm list.

Video loss is in Milestone a very special event that is only relevant for video server devices. At any rate you can configure Alarm Definitions for

*System Events -Not Responding (for all cameras in the system)

and

*Device Events -VideoLoss (for video servers / encoders that have this event).

Building on the topic . I need to create a window that works as follows ; when a button is pressed or any event atravé an IO module ( ADAM) display a small image on the right with the camera , I saw that the software has this feature but can only display a message with the alert, how do I display the image camera ?
