How to create new ONVIF Bridge in Management Client? ONVIF Bridge Role Overall Security option is missing

Milestone XProtect Corporate 2019R1 + VideoOS.ONVIF.Installer 2019R1installed.

In Management Client: “ONVIF Bridges” item exists under “Servers” node, but right-click option “Add” is missing, so I created “ONVIF User” (Roles) and tried to setup ONVIF security group in “Overall Security” tab, but it is missing from the list.
