I’m experiencing intermittent login issues with the Milestone server. Sometimes I get a ServerNotFoundMIPException error when trying to login, while other times the login is successful. Do you have any thoughts on what might be causing this problem?
Please test if the Smart Client can login when you experience this issue, test from the same pc and using the same credentials. It would be nice to know if there is a general issue or it has to do with the integration.
This issue was found on the customer’s machine, so it’s not possible to test it at present. I will test it when I have access. When the login failed, the smart client was being logged in with the same credentials (Windows current user). I used the DialogLoginForm from VideoOS.Platform.SDK.UI.LoginDialog to attempt the login
