Hello! We use PTZ devices to check video alarms, but we can not find how to do so the operator can not tick the “stop patrol ptz” option. Since when they check this option, PTZ devices do not make configured presets. Using the priority option works, but we still need the operator to have propriety about the alarm.

This must have something to do with the user role the operator belongs to and the role’s permissions to PTZ.
If not using a XProtect with user roles there is still user permissions, and you can control if the user can PTZ.
As this is not related to software development with the MIP SDK you might want to ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
