Did you find something? I did not find anything about it, I have this problem, every day there are 4 or 5 random cameras showing this, it does not resolve to disable and activate / substitute for itself, the only alternative I found for now was to move from one recording server to another.
If I understand the situation correctly you are experiencing errors and you have not developed an integration using the MIP SDK that cause this error.
If my understanding is correct this is a question suited for the Milestone Support Community.
