How to get h264 video frame with SEI frame in LiveContentEvent method?

I have a device is integrated via onvif driver.I’m trying to use liveContentEvent method to capture video stream and decode it, it is h.264 video steam.

The device will send video stream with SEI frame,but when I captured the stream,I can’t find the SEI frame (frame tag 00:00:00:01:06).
