How to install HikVision HikAssistantService plugin on Husky M20 (XProtect Professional 2017 R1)?

Hi Team,

we are urgently needing to use the HikAssistantService plugin on Huksy M20 environment.

The Husky M20 machine is brand new with XProtect Professional 2017 R1 installed in factory.

We tried to install the plugin following the guide from HikVision.

The software installation in Windows 10 is successfull but nothing appears in the Milestone XProtect Management Application.

We also installed the other two plugin software for the Smart Client on the same machine, but again nothing appears.

Is there any chance to have this plugin working with Husky M20?

Has anyone tested and confirmed the usability of the plugin on any Huksy device?

You will need to talk to HIKvision about this.

Only think that come to mind, is that the Management Application is a 32-bit app, so the plugins need to be instaled or copied to the Program Folder (x86)\Milestone\MIPPlugins folder as well as the 64 bit for Smart Client.
