How to relevance the Managment server in one computer to Event server in another computer?

I have installed the Milestone XProtect VMS system with custom option. In manuals, it says we can install each of the servers on different computers.

So,we install the Management server in A computer, and a Event server in B computer。

Then, we add Registered Services like this:

Here,the red frame is the url of the B computer.

Then, how can Management server get the event info from Event server?

What else should I do?
