How to upgrade the Existing OS in management server

We are currently running windows server 2012 Sp1 on Xprotect Corporate Management server 2017R3.

We need to upgrade the server as it is to be replaced as 5 years completed. So, new server with OS windows server 2016 datacenter is to be set up in place of the existing server. How to upgrade it.
