Hello. We have two machines (running XPCO 2018 R3 + LPR and XPCO 2017 R3 + LPR), connected as parent-child. Can’t transfer camera or LPR licenses from one SLC to another (out of Care Plus). We receive alarms from both in same Smart Client, but we have to input same plate numbers in two different match lists (one for each machine). What can be done to have only one list? And second, can different users/roles have access to different plate match lists on same server?
As this is not related to software development with the MIP SDK, which is the focus of this forum, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
