I have run the Demo Access Control System Simulator and also the DemoAccessControlPlugin, but I can’t see any event on the Smart Client.I attached some pictures show my operation.please tell me what should I do,then I can see the events and Lock/Unlock the door on the Smart Client.Thank you.
From the Management Application screenshot it does not seem like the Door1 is enabled, but it is hard to see whether it is possible to enable it or not. Could you please check and let us know whether you are allowed to enable it (in the Doors and Associated Cameras tab)?
I tried to enable Door1,but failed. no response whether I click or double click the Enabled box. For your reminding,I found the License is null(see the screenshot blow,I have circled the License edit box).Does my License support for Access Control?
You are lacking a license for XProtect Access in your test license. Please contact the person who provided you with the test license and ask them to update it with XProtect Access.
