Hey. I want to add an HTML page to one of my Views, and i want that HTML to contain Buttons that can trigger output manually or events manually. can it be done?
The Smart Client does have built-in a HTML page view-item. And this is also capable of doing some scripting functionality to use XProtect.
Try this..
Create a new view (preferably 1x1), from the left hand pane drag the HTML Page onto the view, in the Open URL dialog try to put in “about:script”. The resulting page will give you ideas what can be done.
Another tip: In the Smart Client help (F1) try to look up: “Use an HTML page for navigation”.
