I am running a Milestone Xprotect Expert 2016R3 server centrally at Datacenter. My branches connect to the server via and ISP link . I am getting the error "Connection to Camera lost..trying to reconnect" or " black screen with NO VIDEO " .

I can ping the cameras from the server. I can also telnet the server from my PC on port 7563 and its ok. What could be the issue ?
