I have a problem with mobile server 2019R3, I can't connect to it even internal connection.

I disable the firewall and all the antivirus and same problem. In the icon down in bar, it tell me to verify my http/https connection. I put my local address of the computer and same problem. I used before the 2018 R3 version and everything was working good.Any help will be very helpful
