In Smart Client search plugin integration when I start a search and the number of results are 10000 then there is no image displayed on the results. Does someone know why?

For further investigation, can you please explain how to reproduce the issue that you have? Also, which product and version of the XProtect VMS are you using? Which version of the MIP SDK are you using?

XProtect Smart Client 2020 R2, version 20.2.a (64-bit) Build 2352.

When I query a smaller time interval with results less than 10000 then there are images appended on the search results. However, when the results are 10000 then there is no image at all on the search results.

​I am sorry, but can you add some more information with screenshots? Your description sounds like the issue that you have got but what we would like to have is steps to reproduce. If you send us some screenshots that show us the symptom, it will be helpful for our investigation.
