Inquiry about compatibility with MIPSDK version

Hi, Dear~

We’re using XProtect 2018 R1. We’re trying to log in and retrieve real-time video as a BitMap image using the latest MIPSDK. Is there a MIPSDK version issue?

Also, is there any problem using the latest MIPSDK in 2018R1 environment?

Using the newest MIP SDK is recommended.

Newest version is backwards compatible, there are few exceptions and these exceptions should all be mentioned in the Release Notes, look for Discontinuation announcements. You find the Release Notes in the left hand side when you see the MIP SDK Documentation
