Inquiry About SDK Compatibility with Milestone Version

Hi,

We are integrating our Windows-based .NET C# application with the Milestone Systems VideoOS Mobile SDK, version 25.2.1. The client is using Milestone version 2022 (R3) with the H.264 codec format.

Could you please confirm whether this SDK version is compatible with the 2022 (R3), as well as the latest Milestone version and the updated codec, such as H.265?

We generally support the previous version and two major (R1) versions back. This makes the 2023 R1 version the last version that guarantees backward compatibility. That said I don’t think you will have any problems using the Mobile SDK 25.2.1 against the Mobile Server 2022 R3. Note that the XProtect 2022 R3 will soon be discontinued, please refer to XProtect management software.
