install smart client x64 - components missing

I can’t install the smartclient, I’ve got an error :

Before installation of Milestone XProtect Smart Client 2014 64-bit (V9.0c) is possible, download following components from the relevant manufactures’ web site : "

And nothing else … So I don’t know what is missing.

My guess is Microsoft® .NET 4.5.1 Framework which is a requirement.

Let me know if I guessed right..
