I would like to know if it is possible to install and configure a new camera in the system by SDK with a plugin server or other ?

If yes, what class do I used ?

Historically the Management Client and Management Application has been the only place where you could add and configure camera devices.

Now the XProtect Corporate and Expert have a Configuration API, and it is possible to add cameras and configure their settings.

I recommend that you explore the Config API Client sample in the MIP SDK.
