We would like to stop using the ImageViewer / EngineManager / AudioPlayer ActiveX components from our application and start using the Mobile Server protocol. Is it possible to retrieve a camera’s microphone audio from the Mobile Server protocol?
Thanks,
Daniel
Hi Bo, thanks for the answer. The page you linked tells me the audio sample should be found at the following path in the Mobile SDK :\XPMobileSdk\Web\Samples\Audio.
However, when downloading the Mobile SDK, I can’t find the Audio folder in the Samples directory. Is there another way of getting the sample?
Thanks,
Daniel
Yes.
MIPSDKMobile_2019R1.zip - \Web\Samples\Audio
You might have unzipped it somewhere else..
Hi Bo,
My bad, I used the XPMobileSdk.zip linked in the SDK documentations here : https://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/mipsdkmobile/ which (at this current time) did not have the specified folder.
I was able to download the MIPSDKMobile_2019R1.zip from the SDK page (not from the SDK documentation) and find the sample.
Thanks!
That the documentation includes a link to a download that is not updated to newest version is not ideal. I have made a request to the right people in Milestone to make a correction to this. Thank you for raising my awareness to this issue..
