Sorry you received no reply. First, let me clarify that you mentioned “Nvidia Quadro M400”, is it “M4000”? Regarding the second question, we always recommend to use latest SDK. We cannot find for sure when hardware acceleration, but from release notes (https://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/html/index.html?base=gettingstarted/mip2016r3_intro.html&tree=tree_home.html) it seems like it was introduced in 2016 R3. However, please use the latest SDK.
