Is the MIP Access Control Documentation reference guide only one page?

Hello. I have been asked to write an access control plugin using the 2020 MIP SDK.

When searching for documentation, I found this link: https://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/html/MIPACHelp/index.html

But it appears to be only a single page. Is this the only documentation available for developin an access control plugin ?

There is one additional page which is a description of the class ACPluginDefinition.
