we have an issues adding our encoder 16ch , when we scan we can find it but when adding it its fails .

Please clarify. Our encoder? Are you developing an encoder that should be Onvif conformant and able to be added in Milestone XProtect? Or have you purchased an encoder and don’t get it to work with Milestone?
