Jump to a node in the management client

Hello,

We have a MIP plugin running in the management client.

We should be able to jump from my plugin screen to a recorder/camera or even a rule in the configuration tree.

How can this be done? Is there a specific message that can be sent to accomplish this?

There is no functionality for jumping to a certain device or function in Management Client with MIP SDK, unfortunately.

That’s a pitty, could this be made possible in the future?

What would help as well is a function to search in the tree of the management client For the moment, this is not the case, and it would be very helpful in a big installation with a lot of devices

There is no functionality to search in the tree of the Management Client. We will put it on the wish-list for future enhancement development work. A prioritization needs to be made by Milestone Product Management, so it is not possible to say when, or even if, this will be developed.
