Knowledge Base / Support access

Hi, has the knowledge base been removed or has user access changed? I am unable to access anything on https://support.milestonesys.com/support/general-support-cases

There has been some changes to this but this link should still work.

Try the following steps instead:

  1. Go to https://www.milestonesys.com/

  2. Log in, then select XProtect. From there, you will have access to the Packs and the Support section.

  3. In the menu, choose the support option you need.
