Licensing Error

Hi,

We have a customer who has added the SLC two times(one lower case and one upper) for plugin licensing .

[Graphics with SLCs removed for security reasons]

We are getting error as below and not able to register the plugin.

'2018-04-03 07:29:23.418+00:00 [ 15] WARNING - Online activation - CreateLicense failed. Exception VideoOS.Licensing.LicenseException: Could not obtain a new license.

at VideoOS.Server.Licensing.ActivationManager.RequestNewLicense(LicenseManagementService service, Byte[] request, String userName, String password, String additionalActivationInformationXml)

at VideoOS.Server.Licensing.ActivationManager.ManualActivateLicense(String userName, String password)

How do we resolve/address this issue?

I believe it has to be fixed by Milestone, I will speak with colleagues here with access to this. Hope to return soon with news.

The lower case registration has been removed.

Please retest and see if the issue is solved, let me know.
