Hello Milestone Support !!

Dear i have facing some issue in live video delay 30 sec in smart client 2016 !!! actully i am using Xprotect corporate 2016 . how i can resolve this problem …

This may require in-depth analysis as a Support Case, but first try these generic checkpoints (for all XProtect):

  • Check that all servers are aligned date/time/timezone wise, and set to subscribe to a Time sync service.
  • Check the same for all cameras
  • Check for issues in the Recording Server logs and Image Server logs
