We are now using Smart Client 10.1a build 5826, which is run on a computer with Xeon E3-1245v3 and NVS510. Multiple monitors are connected to the NVS510 and the hardware acceralation in the Smart Client is on as shown in the overlay debug message. We found that after a random period of time, the live video will freeze, but the live audio is still playing. The overlay debug message shows that the render queue is underflowing. If I change the view to another Smart Wall monitor and then change back again, the video will resume. Moreoever, I have not observed anything similar if the hardware acceralation is disabled. I have also tried to upgrade the Smart Client to build 6214 but the problem still persists. Is it a known issue?
