LPR Analytics Events Permissions

Hi

Is there a way to control the permissions a role has to LPR Analytics Events? We have a service that connects to the Events Service and listens for LPR events. We want this service to only receive messages from specific cameras

We have a role set up which only gives permissions to 2 LPR cameras and added a windows account to this. When running the service as that windows user account the service still sees all LPR events from all cameras. IS there a way we can stop this?

Hi Ian,

Unfortunately, the LPR cameras are considered separate objects from the camera they correspond to and thus are not controlled by the role permissions for the cameras. And we unfortunately don’t have support for individual role permissions on LPR cameras. :frowning:
