Management client login but smart client dont login to server in network

Hi guys.

I have a probelm with my project.

When i want connect from smart client to server , check server address is appear and dont login.but when i use from smart management client its be connected.

I off any firewalls in both server and client side .

For information, this is a firewalled network and all port from server and client is opend.

I edit the host file in client side.
