Hello.
I have developed a plugin to integrate a third party appliance to retrive many event (+/- 500) that can generate equivalent alarms. To avoid to configure manually every alarm by management console client → Alarm definition, exist some method to massively create alarm configuration ? For example by some SQL batch ?
Thank’s.
Ciao.
Gigi
Support for alarm definitions was introduced in the Configuration API in XProtect 2018R2 and MIP SDK 2018R2. If you run the Config API Client sample you can see how you can manage alarm definitions.

WOW, great example
Is a little bit sophisticated, so I’m studying it.
In the middle, maybe, you can help me to understand why from “Triggering Event Group” don’t compaire my registered event type, but only those standard.
Thank’s.
Ciao.

I am able to make the same observations. When I have Sensor Monitor sample loaded I expect to see it in “Triggering Event Group” but I do not.
I will get Milestone Development involved in further investigation into this.
Dear Gigi,
We have loked into you observation and changed it, so that your registered events will be available from the next release (2019R1).
Merry Christmas.
Lars
