We have customized multi channel metadata provide. Metadata is coming on smart client live which is installed on same server where recording server is installed. We have configured smart client which is installed on another server, video are streaming well but metadata is not showing in video.

The Smart Client can show only bounding boxes, if you have other data it will not show. In that case you can develop a plug-in to show the extra data.
In order to show the bounding boxes as an overlay onto a cameras footage the camera and the metadata channel need to be associated with each other. You set this up in the Management Client by picking the camera, in the Properties you then pick the Client tab, you make sure the Related metadata box is filled with the metadata channel(s).

We checked with both the suggested way. We are receiving the metadata from the server, but it is not showing in the smart client.
Check if server time and Smart Client time is correct (in sync).
We synchronised time difference. It works now. Thanks!
I beleive it is in the next Smart Client version that the Smart Client will give a meaningful warning if it finds that there is data that is not synchronized.
It will be very useful.
