Any time you click the pan, tilt or zoom button on the smart client PTZ wheel it will only work for 3 to 6 clicks and then it will either freeze and stop taking input, or move an excessive amount without any button clicks. The delta amount is always the exact same. For panning is 147 degrees, and tilting it’s 109 degrees. If you lower the pan or tilt speeds to 50% they go half that many degrees. The exception to this is if you use the virtual joystick instead of the PTZ wheel it will pan for several rotations without any input.

It seems like the problem is on the Milestone software side, because everything works great through explorer.

Any advice on what to try to fix this?
