We have integration issues with Protégé and Milestone which is a component integration. The integration worked fine till 2019R1 and has been causing issues with higher versions.
The issue:
Once integrated, Unable to playback archive footage from the Protégé interface as seen in the screenshot. Nothing happens when you click on the Archive view.
Identity server was added to Milestone since 2019R2, could this causing any issues ? appreciate any directions here.

If the issue is in 2019R2 but not in 2019R1 the issue could be caused by the breaking change to the AlarmService API, please see the information here: https://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/html/index.html?base=gettingstarted/mip2019r2_intro.html&tree=tree_home.html
In general please see the “intro” pages for changes that potentially can break your integration.
If this breaking change does not fit with what your application does, please document what your application does when you see the error or unexpected behavior.
The Protege integration works fine only with version 2019 R1.
Have you used the dome camera control? Do you know what Command Strings are maybe? I can’t find the answer anywhere …
Can you please make a new post for your question? And please explain what your application is doing, how it works, what methods in the MIP SDK you use and what errors you got.
