We can successfully retrieve the Video and Audio from the cameras which has low configurations such as 720p or low resolution, 2048 Bitrate and 30 FPS.
But retrieval process fails when High configurations are set on camera such as 1080p or Higher resolution, 6144 or more than 6144 bitrate and 30 FPS.
We are sending the proper RTSP url in GetReplayUri API request and as we have seen in Wireshark, Smart client also reading frames from that URL but still it fails to retrieve. Is there any restriction on Camera configurations for Retrieving the data in Milestone Plugin? What could be the possible reason behind this behaviour ?
Which camera model are you using? With which firmware version? Which driver are you using (ONVIF I suppose)? You mention Wireshark trace, can you share it with us, so we can try to see what’s wrong?
We are integrating Network Video Recorder (NVR) using ONVIF protocol in milestone xprotect which have multiple cameras with different brands such as Dahua, Hikvision, Lilin, AXIS, etc. Here I have attached Wireshark trace of one of the cameras in which we have reproduced the same issue. Camera and other details are as described below.

In Wireshark trace you have sent I don’t find RTSP packets and I can’t see what could be the problem. May be you filtered it before you saved it ? Can you send me the full capture?
