Milestone showing "No Permission" in Surveillint

Seeing this problem when trying to get multiple Milestone videos in Surveillint in one of our installations. Using SDK MIP 2014. Any idea what the problem could be?

I think the picture file is corrupt. I cannot see the picture in any viewer I have..

It happens with every camera?

First a hunch. If you use a Windows user that is in the Administrators role do you see the issue still?

I might need to know more on the integration.

What is the XProtect product and version?

What is the user? (Windows/AD or basic user)

Does the Smart Client work in the same PC, same user login, displaying the same cameras?

Is there a firewall or similar that might block something?

What are you using in the integration? ActiveX? ImageViewerControl? Other?

Hi Bo,

The problem does not exist when calling one single camera, it only exist when trying to access multiple cameras.

The problem occurred during a Surveillint Administration training so I would think the Windows system would have been using Administration role.

The integration is in the ADJD in Abu Dhabi, unfortunately remote access is not very easy, I’m still trying to get access to see the problem first hand.

I’m really asking this question to see if this problem has been seen before and for advise to troubleshoot it once I can get access.
